- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Method
- We ship all orders via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method.
3. Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- For remote or outlying areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available), so you can monitor the delivery progress.
6. Delivery Issues
- If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you.
- If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us and you may need to pay additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
